The Ripieno Fritto: a traditional Napoletana pie topped with mozzarella, salami, ricotta, salt/pepper & tomato sauce, then folded in half like a calzone and dropped into a deep fat fryer. I have been searching for a place that makes deep fried calzones ever since I saw it on the Food Network. There is a God. Get it at Locanda Positano in San Carlos.
