Bubba’s Fine Diner in San Anselmo is a well known restaurant in Marin having been in San Anselmo for almost 30 years.  It has such a loyal following that it was even featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Kobe’s Wife Files For Divorce!

According to TMZ, Kobe Bryant’s wife has filed for divorce .

Vanessa Bryant filed legal docs Friday afternoon, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ … Vanessa — who stuck by Kobe after he was charged with sexually assaulting a Colorado woman in 2003 — decided to end the marriage because she believes Kobe has been unfaithful … again.

As one source puts it, “She’s been dealing with these incidents for a long time and has been a faithful wife, but she’s finally had enough,” adding, “This one is the straw that broke the camel’s back.”

And our sources say … Kobe “desperately” wants to win Vanessa back and will do “whatever it takes” to save their 10 1/2 year marriage.

According to the legal docs, Vanessa is asking for joint custody of their 2 daughters — 8-year-old Natalia and 5-year-old Gianna — but Vanessa is asking that Kobe get visitation rights, which means she wants the kids in her care most of the time.

We’ve learned the couple has NO PRENUP, so 29-year-old Vanessa is entitled to half of the empire Kobe built over the last decade.

She’s also requesting spousal support … which is typical in divorce cases.  Kobe, who filed his response to the divorce minutes after Vanessa filed her petition, says he will pay her spousal support.

According to the docs, Vanessa is being repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser and attorney Samantha Klein. Wasser reps oodles of celebs, including Britney Spears, Angelina Jolie, Maria Shriver and Kim Kardashian.

Kobe went to the Jay-Z concert Tuesday night in L.A. without Vanessa, and people who saw him there say he looked miserable.

Vanessa signed the divorce petition on December 1.  Kobe signed his response on December 7.

Oh yeah, that $4 million ring Kobe gave Vanessa after the 2003 scandal …. It’s all hers.  A gift is a gift.

The Bryants released a joint statement … saying they have “resolved all issues” privately, with the assistance of counsel.

Demi and Ashton Donezo!

It’s really over for Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher.

“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton,” a rep for Moore, 49, tells Us Weekly in a statement Thursday.

“As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life,” Moore’s statement continues.

Kutcher, 33, infamously had a one-night stand with San Diego party girl Sara Leal, 22, in the wee hours of Sept. 24 of this year — Kutcher and Moore’s sixth wedding anniversary.

Margin Call actress Moore adds in her statement: “This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”

It was the first marriage for Two and a Half Men star Kutcher, and the third for Moore, who divorced singer Freddy Moore in the mid-1980s, and fellow actor Bruce Willis in 2000. Married for 13 years, she and Willis, 56, share three daughters: Rumer, 23, Scout, 20, and Tallulah, 17.

Just last weekend, Willis hosted the embattled couple at his vacation home in Turks and Caicos, where Moore and Kutcher gave one last shot at repairing their union.  “They had to get away,” a source told Us. “Things have been very strained.”

Just a few weeks ago, pals told Us that the star, though reeling from the split (and showing off an increasingly frail frame) wasn’t ready to let go. “She’s totally humiliated and angry, but she doesn’t want him to leave her,” a pal told Us in late October.

I’m  not gonna lie…this made me giggle.  He definitely deserves a reprimanding but not to get fired.

An airplane baggage screener faces dismissal for leaving a note in a passenger’s bag that said “Get Your Freak On, Girl” after discovering a vibrator.

The Transportation Security Administration “has initiated action to remove the individual from federal service,” an agency spokesperson said. “Like all federal employees, this individual is entitled to due process and protected by the Privacy Act. During the removal action process, the employee will not perform any screening duties.”

The agency randomly selects checked baggage for screening on flights originating in the United States. Lawyer and writer Jill Filipovic tweeted a picture of the note Monday and later blogged about it on Feministe.

Kim Kardashian Didn’t Want To Go Thru With Wedding

Then why did you do it? Sounds a little late to be having this epiphany now but what do I know…

August 20, 2011 is now a day that will live in reality TV infamy. Kim Kardashian wed beau of 9 months Kris Humphries in a lavish, $10 million extravaganza in Montecito, Calif. By Halloween, just 72 days later, Kardashian, 31, filed for divorce from the NBA star, 26.

But pals tell the new Us Weekly, out now, that Kardashian saw red flags before that big, hugely publicized day. “She knew it was wrong before they were even married,” a Kardashian insider says. “They were not seeing eye to eye and it felt wrong.”

Indeed, as she and her family were putting the finishing touches on the wedding, “she was calling friends, telling them she didn’t want to do it,” the source reveals to Us.

In the end, however, with so many expectations riding on the nuptials, “she felt like she couldn’t turn back,” another pal says.

“She got in over her head. She made a big mistake and she knows it.”

Kardashian admitted as much in an emotional blog post Tuesday — her first since Monday’s shocking divorcing filing.

“I felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn’t get off when now I know I probably should have,” she wrote. “I got caught up with the hoopla and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn’t know how to and didn’t want to disappoint a lot of people.”
