The two-hour event, held at old-timey mixology hotspot Comstock Saloon (co-owned by Jeff Hollinger and Jonny Raglin from the acclaimed Absinthe Brasserie & Bar), will introduce you to this fine European tradition. Bezuidenhout will also show you how to make a range of delicious classic and modern drinks, so you can host your own aperitivo hour.
